AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS
Davies Ford is currently looking to fill 2 positions created by retiring technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone to build a career at a Ford Dealership that has been in business for nearly 50 years. All levels of experienced individuals are welcome to apply. Ford Certification a PLUS but not needed. We will certify the right person for this position.

DIESEL SERVICE & TRANSMISSION TECHNICIANS
$1,500 SIGN ON BONUS PLAN
Due to our increased work load, Davies Ford is in need of 2 qualified technicians at our dealership in Connellsville. We provide the correct diagnostic equipment and more than enough space to work in. We will offer a sign-on bonus plan of up to $1,500.00 for the right candidate.
Position Description:
- Be qualified to correctly diagnose engine and transmission concerns
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in working with automotive engines
- Willing to complete a detailed training planner
- Ford experience a plus
- Valid PA drivers license
- Basic computer skills are needed
- Provide your own tools
- Have the desire to make up to $30/hour or more based upon ability and experience

SERVICE ADVISOR
Job Duties:
- Greet customers when they arrive and receive the vehicle information.
- Clearly explain any repair order information to the customer.
- Confirm service repairs by test driving the vehicle & referring specific technicians to the customer.
- Estimating both time for repair and cost of their repairs.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills.
- Effective and friendly people skills.
- Ability and desire to learn new technology.
Income potential over $60,000 per year. Health plan including eye & dental, plus vacation plan are available. 401K after first year.
